I love "ice/cold" images, and this one is a good one. The black background shows off the detail nicely

I approve of the black background, as cujoe_da_man said, it shows off the detail nicely. I also approve of the fact that the image is in the style of manga/anime, which I happen to be a huge fan of. Very nice image.

Hmmm, I could have done with out the cape, circlet, and possibly the abnormal scepter but besides that her shape and face are just, intoxicating. I CAN'T LOOK AWAY!!!!!
