Christmas Maiden - '07 Edition!
Description:	Merry Christmas from RadiantCG.com! This is only the start of the Christmas images, and there will be one (maybe two) more before the big day hits. Many of you may recognize that this is an new take on my Christmas image from two years ago, complete with new enhancements like "real" fur and a true 3D environment (courtesy of Vue). Great 2007 update. Although it doesn't have the soft focus of the original that gave it a kind of wintery intimacy, this version has a splendid charm in its own right. Daru looks even better here and looks both classy and sumptuous in her robes. Due to the wider perspective, it almost looks as if the forest belongs to her. I picture this scene as a crisp morning with Daru and your original as the late afternoon when darkness has closed in. Maybe the naughty alternate image in the original line up was where she gave a quick cheeky flash, shortly before you both agreed that it was getting damn cold and it was time to head back inside.

Something that caught my eye in this image, is the tree in the far background towards the right (and on her left). The tree trunk kind of looks like a cross. Was this intentional at all? I'm guessing not but it did grab my eye in a kind of Where's Wally/Where's Waldo fashion.

@Solaris: Good eye on that tree. I wish I could say it was intentional, but it's just a fluke of the Vue tree randomizer.
