Here it is, the product of a 12 hour render! I hope you enjoy it as much as Daru's enjoying the sunset herself. I know I am! I have a close up coming, that was supposed to be ready as well, but after it's 9 hour render, I found that a setting was checked wrong and the final render was corrupted. So, it's spinning now and should be ready tomorrow.
Update: Rooftop color changed to green to better match Nabooian architecture + depth of field effect added from the closeup.
Really great work! It gave the same feeling to the one with human Daru at the apartments building.

Are you going to add the other ladies to the scene like the pool scene you did before? I look at this pic and it SCREAMS for more Twi colors!!!
Nice catch on the Naboo roofs... I was gonna mention that when I saw it this morning.

The other ladies...
may be their own scenes. Vue was just about at its limit here.

One ticket to Naboo please...
I'm not a 3D artist but I can kind of see how Vue must have been starting to protest with what is on offer here.
The lighting is wonderful and I love how it makes everything have that later Summer's day golden hue to it. I think you captured a lot of Naboo's essence with this scene. Daru looks very relaxed and as sexy as ever. Is she waiting for someone? By the way she is jutting her body out like that and in that outfit (with the thin bikini-like lower garment and loose top), I'd almost hesitate to ask whether she is some kind of ahem...lady of "ill repute". However, I'm pretty sure that Daru is too classy for that and Naboo is too idyllic.
But damn if that isn't a proud sexy pose.
As for the other ladies, I agree it would be nice to see them as well in similar surroundings. They don't have to be all in one scene (even if Vue could handle it). Also, I'd love to see Ciel in her metal bikini outfit again. There is something just so perfect about that metal "crown" she wears. You only have to look at her in your banner image at the top of the screen to see why. Plus she looked great in one of your earlier golden hued outdoor scenes.

Wow, seriously not just is she beautiful, but the work you've done with the surroundings. Have you
seriously ever thought of animating your 3D art? Or even writing short stories of your characters?
Just something so that we could view your characters the same way I'm sure you do. The only way a person would make art like this and dwell so much in
certain characters is if the person actually can invision them as a person. And from the look of all
your art it seems as if you've literaly created a personality for each one.
Now I kinda hate having said my own personal interpretations of your art, cause it just pisses me off
when someone doesn't 'get' the scenario I've layed out. I deal with it, but stilll.
Love your Daru pictures by the way. She is a very classy and elegant woman, and truly classy and elegant is my type of woman,
yet sensual enough to actually be a woman. A lot of what it seems you've displayed in Daru.

Animating is something I've considered, but the render times required are prohibitive. Even with my current dual core rig built in March, the above scene took 12 hours to render. Granted any animation would not be anywhere near the insane resolution of the stills, but it would take on the order of days to render out a 30s, 24fps animation at decent quality (640x480 min). That said, I'm currenty exploring solutions.
As for stories, I'm not much of a writer. Though you can bet I can envision each of my characters in person, and usually I do have the personalities and preferences of each kept in mind while making images.
Welcome to the community, Rez. Thanks for the comments (to everyone else too!).
@Solaris_Wave: The wait for Ciel shouldn't be TOO much longer. Something different is coming up next, and I already have planned out what will follow, but I definitely have the desire to return Ciel to her 'iconic' outfit in the near-ish future.
